You may have a Zermatt ski trip in mind, but a white-out is always possible during the winter months. When that happens, you’ll have many other things you can do to enjoy the snow. Of if you’re not in a hurry to get back on the slopes, have lunch at the Adler Hitta. While you sip on a local wine and dine on one of their Swiss dishes, you can gaze out over the Gornergrat and the Matterhorn.
